I just started the HCG diet program. I was looking at the list of things found at Harmans. Walden Farms salad dressing is one of the items. The information I have says: NO margarine, butter, oil or dressing, can we use Walden Farms salad dressing? If so how much? Also if we are not vegietarians but would like to use eggs or cottage cheese as a protein, can we?
Thanks, Mary Ann

Mary Ann,
Yes Walden Farms is ok to use. In fact you might also try the ketchup, chocolate dip, marshmallow dip and carmel dip. Try dipping your fruits in the sweeter dips. Try to use these items sparingly.
Even if you are not a vegetarian you may use either 3 egg whites and 1egg yolk ( a total of three eggs) as one protein serving OR 3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese as another protein serving. Good luck!

Susla,
I am on my second round of hcg and having the hardest time staying faithful. I've started my menstral cycle and stopped taking the shots. If I would have been still taking my shots I would only be in my third week. I was wondering of I should start over with my two load days and finish out the rest of my shots.
